Botanist & Barrel's Pink is a Feeling is a rosé hybrid of cider and wine. Pink is a Feeling is apples co-fermented with chambourcin grapes and then aged on the skins of 4 grapes: chambourcin, noble, carlos & magnolia.
Tasting Notes: This coferment cider is dry - and highly fruity without losing it's pleasant dryness. Tannins and acidity are well balanced (medium to plus). Refreshing, light bodied, but full of flavor and both apple and grape character. Notes of rose, tart raspberry, apple skin, lemon. Pleasant linger for both the tannins and acid.

When we made a cider that glowed pink and started thinking about naming it, we discovered DeAngelo's amazing quote. Battling a disease takes over your life and the lives of those around you....it becomes your culture. Pink is a Feeling pays respect to those fighting the good fight and those who support them. We hope it provides a moment to reflect and brings a little joy. We will be donating a portion of proceeds from Pink is a Feeling sales to the Jimmy V Foundation to help find a cure.
